Entitled, The Year in The Merde, this book written by Stephen Clarke is pack with laughter... The joy of communication error between an Englishman and people from France.
The narrator is on a business to promote an English tea company in France. The idea given by 1 of his 4 co-workers (they're all french), was to brand it, "My Tea Is Rich."
And one funny part was how the boss who head-hunts professionals in the marketing and business calls it, "Decapitated".
Lots of descriptions about the narrator ending up in bed with various frenchwomen... Remarkly well written with a slice of perfect english used with some chim words that we don't use everyday in our daily lives.
Still reading it at such a slow pace, i would admit, it's getting boring.
Anyway, in a few hours time, my dear friend thinks there will be a waves of lecture. Well, they're just wasting their time when they will have better things to do, or she got better things to do than to meet up with to listen to sweet talks...
