Venturing out

Venturing out.
With such a limited knowledge in various fields of business, I've decided to pick up and learn more about internet business.
Mentioned in my previous post about starting an online store selling my creativity in t-shirts.
Thankfully, Fatherly (Fadhli) who was my ITE classmate 2 years back is interested as well. And we decided to start doing some mind mapping (i hate mindmaps... :(...) before we get started.
I don't wish to argue over the inclusion of Eliz who is only 15 this year. I think I'm going to face alot of 'experts' telling me that she's still young. Don't know anything.

I wouldn't say she know anything. Not everything as well... So do I. But it takes alot of effort through teamwork to start progressing well. Have you heard of a 15 year old prodigy? I don't set expectations on her, and why should I? I just believe in her that as we progress through this adventures, she will be definitely able to figure out the pros and cons about how a business works. I may not be the right person to train her if you think. But I've never thought about training her. We all will eventually learn at our own pace. What we learn, we'll share. That's how it goes.

Beside, she does have creativity. And definitely, she might want to consider this as a way to earn a little more pocket money. I like what she draws randomly... And I'm sure those who have seen her drawings will admire it as well...

Fadhli and I graduated from Digital Media Design in ITE. Honestly, I didn't do that well, and I feel sad that Fadhli's hard work didn't get him a spot in Poly. We do have the adequate knowledge in design and definitely as time progresses, we'll start to build idea on creating new ideas. T-Shirts that will attract people.

I'm currently reading a book entitled, "How to start an Internet Business for Dummies"
And it's quite helpful in a way. Taking notes at the same time. Tempted to photocopy the whole book... Oh well, I do hope that we can get this started by Jan 2009...
