Sigh
Apologies to my addicted readers... Haven't been blogging... My blog addictive meh? Don't know...
Well, lots of stuff happening lately since i sent that message. That message like it's gonna be the last day of my life.
Things are better, for now. Or may have gotten worse...
Dad got himself in trouble 3 months ago and ended up in prison yesterday. Drink driving that caused him to hit-and-run. Quite a sad thing when i used to be proud of my father cos he was a lawyer... Now i've been seeing his reputation slide downwards. Thanks to everyone who showed concern. I'm coping well. 6 weeks, $19,000 fine. He's held at Queenstown Reprimand Prison... Er... Queenstown...

A friend has been there for me lately. And i appreciate her for being so. She knows what i'm going through. A rough ride, and even know that I'm considering leaving church, and wants me to stay on. And whoever knows who I'm mentioning about, good for you.

We talk about faithfulness. Fatihful to a cellgroup even when the cg is not doing well? It's possible, yet forceful. Why force yourself to feel something when your heart is not in it. It's like going to church because you have to when your heart is not there, but rather focused on somethin else. Half-hearted.
Leaving CHC doesn't mean it will solve any problems. Right. But is it ONLY CHC that I should attend to make my life better? No church is perfect, neither are the people. Neither am I. But you cannot be biased about your church even if people condemn it. We got to learn and accept if and try to solve a way to make it better, not just ignore it. What's the purpose of feedbacks. Feedbacks comes with condemnation and alot of considerations.
What i realised is that people from CHC do not bother to hear others out but rather just ignore it and continue their relentless persuasion to bring newcomers to church for the glory for God. Typical CHC member will call, call and call friends to invite them and win souls. But it's quite disrespectful for the other party. Instead of hearing their reasons, they continue calling. Take a break, call again... Is that not a way of 'FORCING'?
I am a member of CHC, call it disgraceful, but sometimes, the weak points has to be mentioned, rather than just ignore it. Ever sit down and consider why CHC is one of the most dislike church around? Nope, not the music, but rather the way they invite people.
